چکیده: 

A NEW STRUCTURE FOR RF MEMS RESONATORS IS DEMONSTRATED IN UHF RANGE. THE PRESENTED RESONATOR HAS THE ABILITY TO WORK IN MULTIPLE RESONANCE MODES BY ITS SPECIFIC ANCHOR DESIGN. ALSO, ITS SPECIAL ELECTRODES ARE DESIGNED SO THAT COULD EXCITE THE DESIRED MODE AT ANY TIME BY EMBEDDING SIMPLE MOS SWITCHES. SINCE THE RESONANCE FREQUENCY OF DIFFERENT MODES COULD BE ADJUSTED BY THE INNER RADIUS OF THE RESONATOR, THE STRUCTURE COULD BE DESIGNED FOR WIDE RANGE OF ARBITRARY FREQUENCY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MODES. MODAL AND HARMONIC ANALYSIS VERIFY OUR APPROACH.

چکیده: 

در این مقاله، یک آنتن جدید و کم حجم از نوع شکاف به شکل حلقوی تکه ای با قابلیت سوئیچ فرکانسی در حالت های باند باریک و پهن باند به منظور کاربرد در شبکه های بی سیم ارائه شده است. قابلیت تنظیم فرکانسی به ویژه از حالت های پهن باند به باند باریک به طور قابل ملاحظه ای می تواند باعث مصون ماندن سامانه از اختلال و نویز گردد. در این آنتن، با قرار دادن دیودهای پین روی یک شکاف نسبتا پهن، برای نخستین بار ترکیبی از دو حالت پهن باند و شش حالت باند باریک ایجاد شده است. شکاف در صفحه زمینی به ابعاد 36×33 ایجاد شده است. محدوده فرکانسی ضرایب انعکاس اندازه گیری شده به ازای 10-< S11 برای حالت پهن باند اول در بازه GHz 48/5-47/3 و برای حالت پهن باند دوم در بازه GHz 37/7-2/5 است. محدوده عملکرد حالت های باند باریک نیز از GHz 3-61/2 برای تشدید اول و GHz 5/5-4/88 برای تشدید دوم است. از آنتن پیشنهادی می توان برای کاربردهایی مانند WLAN IEEE 802. 11a (GHz 8/5-5/1)، WiMAX (GHz 2/8-2/5)، زیر باندهای طیف فوق پهن باند مانند (GHz 5-3/5) و (GHz 6/5-5) و نیز رادارهای باند C بهره برد.

MOLECULAR IMPRINTING OF POLYMERS (MIP) IS A TECHNIQUE USED TO CREATE PLASTIC RECEPTORS BY THE FORMATION OF A POLYMER NETWORK AROUND A TEMPLATE MOLECULE. MIPS HAVE GREAT POTENTIAL IN BIOANALYTICS DUE TO THEIR EASE OF PREPARATION, LOW COST AND A HIGH SENSITIVITY, SELECTIVITY AND STABILITY. THE ELECTROSYNTHETIC APPROACH DUE TO CREATE SIMPLY AND RAPIDLY AN ADHERENT AND COMPACT POLYMERIC FILM WITH CONTROLLABLE THICKNESS AND DIRECT COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE POLYMER AND THE SURFACE OF THE TRANSDUCER COULD BE VERY HELPFUL BOTH IN IMPROVING THE MOLECULAR IMPRINTING POLYMERIZATION (MIP) PROCEDURE AND IN EXTENDING THE APPLICATION OF MIP [1-2]. THE COMBINATION OF SMART POLYMERS WITH MOLECULAR IMPRINTING OFFERS A POWERFUL TOOL TO DESIGN MORE EFFECTIVE SENSORS AND MEDICAL DEVICES [3]. IN THIS WORK, A TEMPERATURE SENSITIVE AMINE-TERMINATED POLY(N-ISOPROPYLACRYLAMIDE) BLOCK WITH (N,N’-METHYLENEBISACRYLAMIDE) CROSS-LINKER ALONG WITH OPHENYLENEDIAMINE WAS ELECTROPOLYMERISED ON A GOLD ELECTRODE IN THE PRESENCE OF FOLIC ACID (FA) AS TEMPLATE TO PRODUCE AN ON/OFF-SWITCHABLE MOLECULARLY IMPRINTED POLYMER (MIP) AFFINITY SENSOR FOR FOLIC ACID. THE TEMPLATE MOLECULES WERE REMOVED FROM THE MIP ELECTRODE SURFACE BY WASHING WITH A METHANOLACETIC ACID (9:1, V/V) SOLUTION. DIFFERENTIAL PULSE VOLTAMMETRY AND CYCLIC VOLTAMMETRY WERE USED TO CHARACTERISE THE FA-IMPRINTED LAYER. INCUBATION OF THE MIP-MODIFIED ELECTRODE WITH FA RESULTED IN A SUPPRESSION OF THE FERRO/FERRICYANIDE REDOX PROCESS. THE HIGHEST SENSITIVITY OF THIS TEMPERATURE GATED ON/OFF SWITCHABLE FOLIC ACID SENSOR WAS ACHIEVED AT 22OC. SUCH SWITCHABLE AFFINITY MATERIALS OFFER CONSIDERABLE POTENTIAL FOR THE DESIGN OF HIGHLY SELECTIVE AND CONTROLLABLE BIOSENSORS AND IMMUNOASSAYS.

چکیده: 

In this paper, a frequency SWITCHABLE antenna design using genetic algorithms (GAs) for dual band WiMAX (3.5GHz) and WLAN (5.2GHz) applications is proposed. The area of the radiating patch element is divided into 2 mm square cells, with each cell assigned a conducting or non-conducting characteristic. To realize frequency reconfiguration, switches are incorporated into appropriate locations to activate/deactivate corresponding cells. The on/off states of the switches are represented by the presence or absence of conductor, respectively. Hence, the proposed approach allows the antenna to operate as mono-band or dual-band radiator according to the desired application. Further, measurements and simulations are carried out and a reasonable agreement is achieved.

چکیده: 

The purpose of this paper is to design and simulate a unit cell that is wideband and multi-polarized for a reflect-array antenna. Bandwidth of structure is greater than 70% of X and Ku bands for satellite applications that reached from two printed dipoles and asymmetric arrow head shape in structure for multi electric and magnetic resonances and used thicker substrate for enhancement of BW by stack up of substrate with different layers. Depending on the antenna usage, the proposed structure can provide dual or triple polarization switching through the use of one or two control bits. Among the innovations of this structure compared to other activities, it can be said that the switching capability to support multiple polarizations occurs in a common wide bandwidth, or in other words, each of the switching MODES is not in different single frequency or a bandwidth of frequencies. Comparing the switching MODES of the proposed design with other existing control structures, the feature of maintaining the polarization of the feeding antenna or converting it to orthogonal polarization in different bits distinguishes the proposed structure. The proposed design has a new geometrical structure and considering that it can have the main polarization of the feeding antenna, its orthogonal polarization and even circular polarization in any switching mode, it has a relatively simple geometry, which reduces the complexity of the construction mechanism.
